I got into real estate for one simple reason — I genuinely love helping people. Whether it's finding the perfect first
home, listing a house they've outgrown, or building something brand new from the ground up, there's nothing better
than watching buyers and sellers reach their goals.
My journey started in 2011 when my husband Cody launched New Era Homes, his custom home building company. At the time
I was in college studying web development, and we both felt that getting my real estate license was a natural fit. I
spent years on job sites learning the ins and outs of new construction from Cody — knowledge that still sets me apart
today.
For my first five years in real estate I focused almost entirely on new construction. As our kids grew and I had more
time to grow my business, I started working with resale clients too — and quickly realized how much I loved helping
homeowners list their current home and find their next one.
Today I do a great mix of both. New construction, resale, first-time home buyers, relocation, commercial — I love it
all. I also still work closely with Cody and the New Era Homes team, helping clients with design choices and product
selections when they're building custom.
This business was built from the ground up, just like the homes we build. And I wouldn't have it any other way.
